The Ned Hotel London

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the hotel's rich history and unique charm. The staff was friendly, providing great service, made us feel welcome and valued. The bed in our room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. the room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities such as phone chargers and hair straighteners.

There were a few aspects of our experience that left us disappointed. We were unable to access the roof terrace and vault bar, which limited our enjoyment of the hotel's facilities.

We stayed at a hotel very close to Bank station, which was super convenient for exploring the city. The location was bustling with activity, but it made it quite expensive to eat or drink in the restaurants. However, we did have a delightful experience in the Lutyens restaurant, which was excellent. Our room had a lovely bathroom, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop bar. The hotel also had great facilities, including a US diner themed restaurant.

We had some issues with the check-in process, which left a sour taste in our mouth.

Here was such a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering a variety of treatments such as massages, body wraps, and beauty treatments. the indoor pool was clean and has a sauna and Turkish bath. the service was very professional, and the restaurant provided delicious special diet menus.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was the live entertainment. Although it was entertaining, the volume was a bit loud and could be bothersome to some people.

To top it all off, the hotel surprised us with a good cake in celebration of my boyfriend's birthday. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for its beauty, atmosphere, and excellent service.

The dressing area in the room is spacious and well-appointed, providing ample space to get ready for the day or evening. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a 1920s theme and offer luxurious amenities such as cowshed products.

Some aspects of the hotel's staff interaction leaves much to be desired.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities such as in-room breakfast and a fabulous spa centre offering massages and body wraps. the indoor swimming pool was a relaxing retreat, with a sauna and Turkish bath available too. the restaurant served special diet menus and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a drink.

There was only one minor issue, the facial treatment room lighting wasn't the best. it was still a great experience.

Immaculate decor, excellent facilities, thoughtful room touches, fantastic products. Helpful and attentive staff, were pretty good. Great shower, Cowshed products, efficient room service. Good security with room card access.

No laptop policy frustration.
